About Me
With over 25 years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist, my expertise is deeply rooted in child behavior and development. I've seen a wide range of behaviors and family dynamics through the years, and these experiences along with my personal journey of raising six children informs my approach to coaching.
Serving families is more than just a profession for me; it's a heartfelt calling. I’ve been told I possess the unique ability to see the world through a child's eyes, empowering parents with the tools to do the same. This deeper connection paves the way for parents to forge more enriching parent/child relationships.
I live by the philosophy I would share with you, emphasizing the importance of parents addressing their own needs in order to best support their children. True to myself and profession, I frequently indulge in activities that rejuvenate the spirit from biking to tranquil moments amidst nature or immersing myself in a captivating new book.
